Endurance & Run Club

Not just for runners, this specialty class will test your aerobic threshold, lactate threshold, VO2 max, and strength endurance. You will work on conditioning, strength, speed, and power. We will also cover technique and form.

MetCon Class

This specialty class is designed to make you faster and increase cardio tolerance for CrossFit. You will employ body weight movements, rowing, cycling, and light weighted movements. You will not cover form or technique in this class.
