Performance is a functional fitness program that follows a year long progression of major and auxiliary focuses. We follow cross-training techniques utilizing various training methodologies including but not limited to weightlifting, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and kettle-bell training. Typically broken into two sections, first focusing on either strength or skill work followed by metabolic conditioning, you will get a well rounded workout in an hour long class. New to fitness or former athlete alike, our programming will challenge you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
Endurance is specialty class that tests and builds your aerobic threshold, lactate threshold, VO2 max, and strength endurance. High Intensity Interval Training is a 30 minute class.
