Our performance program is a functional fitness program that explores difference methods of training. We include Olympic Weightlifting, Metabolic Conditioning, Gymnastics, Aerobic Conditioning, and general Strength and Conditioning. Our head coach has programmed the year-at-a-glance with macro and micro focuses to improve movement efficiency, strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Tuesday and Thursday are geared towards metabolic conditioning only. These classes serve as a great supplement to make you faster in our performance program conditioning pieces .
