Performance Class

Weightlifting

The performance class includes lifts such as clean and jerk, snatch, back squat and other fundamental lifts.

Kettlebells

Our gym ranges from 26 lbs to an 88 lb kettlebell.  This is a very effective way in stimulating your core abdominals and overall flexibility.  

Training

All of our performance classes are programmed with a goal in mind of becoming better daily.  Goals are set and tested every 12 wks or so.
