Access to all classes (except HIIT)
Program geared to help increase efficiency overall. Specifically training aerobic threshold, lactic threshold, VO2 max, and strength and speed endurance. We will cover form and technique. You will run and do strength training.
May choose between either Monday & Wednesday morning strength only class OR Tuesday & Thursday morning metcon class.
If choosing to do Monday-Thursday morning classes, you will be considered as an unlimited membership (listed above).
Technique and Strength Based
Our class pack option is great for individuals who travel a lot or have an untraditional work schedule. You will have access to all scheduled classes as your time allows you to attend. 10 class packs expire after 3 months.
*Class Packs DO NOT have access to Open Gym hours
