Our Fitness classes uphold the idea of constantly varied movements. You will learn the proper mechanics for basic and olympics lifts, as well as have an introduction to basic gymnastics movements.
The fitness class is specifically programed for individuals looking to have an overall body workout from your shoulders to your calf muscles. Our programming will sometimes have an emphasis on either a given lift or specific muscle group, but will always end with a full body workout.
